The SIBE Congress is an important meeting where researches focused on the study of Evolution are presented. It is held once every two years and gathers about 100 people from Italy and abroad.

Participants represent a multiplicity of most advanced approaches and cultural interests in population genetics, genomics, anthropology, zoology, botany, ecology, ethology, conservation biology, and other disciplines.

3 days – August 29th, 30th, and 31th.
Table space for the display of brochures, journals, books or other materials. The SIBE 2017 Organising Committee in Rome will set up your display and monitor it on a regular, but not continuous, basis.
Books, journals, or brochures will not be returned, but will be donated at the discretion of the SIBE 2017 Organising Committee to the students.
In addition the price includes:

Sponsors will be acknowledged by a speaker during the welcome party. Your advertising material will be displayed on a table during the party. A maximum of three sponsors will be accepted for this event.

• Complimentary registration to the Congress for one attendee to the scientific sessions/social events allowing the exhibitor to attend the opening reception, all coffee and tea breaks, and all scientific sessions. Any additional exhibitors must register separately for the Congress.
• Complimentary attendance at the welcome party for a maximum of three people from your company.

Two coffee breaks during one day of the scientific sessions.
Sponsors will be acknowledged by a speaker immediately before the coffee breaks. Your advertising material will be displayed on a table during the breaks.
In addition the price includes:
• An announcement of your sponsorship will be made via a Powerpoint presentation throughout the coffee breaks on the screens in all session rooms.
• Your company’s logo in the programme book.
• Your company’s logo on the SIBE 2017 Congress website with a link to your company’s website.
• Complimentary registration to the Congress for one attendee to the scientific sessions/social events allowing the exhibitor to attend the opening reception, all coffee and tea breaks, and all scientific sessions. Any additional exhibitors must register separately for the Congress.
• Complimentary registration for the day of your coffee breaks for an additional 2 attendees.

3 days – August 29th, 30th, and 31th.
Exhibitors will be assigned space in the hall of the University in the same area of the registration desk. A table (approximately 2 by 1 m), 2 chairs and a power outlet (220V AC) will be available. Display material up to 2 by 2 m can be exhibited. Exhibition of merchandise will be allowed only within the designated area and only by individuals registered to exhibit at the Congress. The possibility to bring your own booth can be discussed with interested sponsors. Note that on site sale is not allowed inside the University.

• Complimentary registration to the poster session(s) for an additional 2 attendees.

Special donations and more ways to support the SIBE 2017 Congress

It is possible to contribute to the SIBE 2017 Congress by providing materials for the delegates (e.g., bags, pen drivers, pens, block notes, etc.) or for the congress staff (t-shirts). Moreover, you can contribute to the travel expenses of our invited speakers. You can also consider the possibility to provide the SIBE 2017 Organising Committee with food and drinks that can be offered during coffee breaks. If you are unable to exhibit materials at our Congress, but wish to offer support for SIBE 2017 Congress, we ask that you consider a donation to our organization. Donors will be specially recognized in the meeting programme.

Shipping and set-up details will be made available once your order has been placed.
Exhibitors are responsible for shipping and customs. Advertising design is responsibility of the ponsor.
Note that on site sale is not allowed inside the University, except for the sale of scientific books and journals. Registration fees are not refundable.
