Call for Papers


Abstract Submission

Registration is mandatory to submit an Abstract (only one allowed per registration).
Abstracts will only be accepted electronically and should be submitted online only through the Easy Chair conference management system

Authors should indicate their preference for:
•   Oral presentation
•   Poster presentation
Please, during submission, indicate the Symposium you wish your Abstract is considered for.

Abstracts have to be formatted as follows (see the Abstract Template below):
•  Title (Times New Roman 12, Bold, centered)
•  Authors (Times New Roman 12, italic, centered)
•  Affiliations (Times New Roman 12, centered)
•  Main text (Times New Roman 12, justified)

Please also:
•  All abstracts must be submitted and presented in english
•  Define all abbreviations
•  Abstracts must not contain copyrighted material
•  Limit abstract 2000 characters including spaces (approx. 350 words)
•  Member of scientific committee will review abstracts
•  Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent together with guidelines for presentation within June 30, 2017

The abstract must be uploaded both in .pdf and .docx format.
